Yes, Mangham is better than Rayville and Delhi Charter! I have put my kids in all of them and Mangham is the best over all!!
I have children at the elementary,junior high,and the high school. I am very pleased with the elementary but I cannot say the same about the junior high or high school. We need more discipline in our school.
