This school is the best one yet. I couldn't imagine going to another school. Even though I do. They closed down the high school, so now the school is only Head Start-6. I now reside at MSA West. Even though it's a great school, it could never compare to the memories I've had at school with my friends, teachers, faculty, etc. It may not be the best academically, but it is certainly the best in everyhting else. I love this school. -Syd
I love my school and i think it is awesome, i like it because their are a tiny amount of students in each class and if we have a question on anything it is not hard for the teacher can come and help u. That is how i feel about my school and i hope they reopen it.!
this is a sad school. that i truly think needs better improvement. My child is so behind & she;s not a dummy. I have been to so many meetings i always wanted my kids to graduate, but because of iberville parish my child is not enrolled into any school, because they do not want to count her units. I have had it to the moon with this school and something has to be done... mrs. davenport
I like the school because there are less people in their classrooms and it is easier for my child to learn!
Love the school! Very clean and kept up. The children are very respectful and kind-hearted.
Well I am a student at NIH and I love the school so much. Although I love it to death, I have one issue I am not being mentally prepared for college. I am the type of student that feels like this, I am not really learning so I slack in my books. I am a junior and I play basketball, volleyball, and run track. The athletic program is awesome, especially the Girl's program.
Well, first i would like to say is that there is to much disipline in this school. Kids can't even leave out of class to use the restroom. They dont give us enoughg time to finish our assignments. We also don't have a foriegn language ,band or art class. This school is very low on curricular activites. They also don't honor the students who take the IOWA test, last year i made the highests score in the 7th grade.
I have to agree with Eric. This has a great academic program, and let's face it we are not lacking in extracurricular activities neither. This year(2004-2005), has been an excellent school year.If we didn't have a qualified faculty, then you tell me how did our test scores soar so high. I understand that it was because of the students, but the students would not have had the avaiable knowledge, if it wasn't for our faculty. Then with the extracurricular activities. This is the first year in three years, that our football team hasn't went 0-10, both our girl's and boy's basketball teams went to playoffs, our baseball team is headed there, our track teams are on their way to state, and the volleyball team has done an exceptinally well job.Come on guys, we have to give credit where credit is due, we qualify as one the best schools in the parish. NO DOUBT!
I have personally experienced the the patience and the kindness of the teachers at N.I. and I have to say,I miss it a lot. I currently reside in Lake village Ark. and I have to say that it isn't nearly as memorable as N.I. I hope to be back very soon. overall I give this school a 110% satisfactory rating.
Well, first of all things I would like to agree with the student who had their own opinion. We are the only school that has a prom that has to be on campus, but with these administrators here at North Iberville High School a lot of activities and other things has been cut out. But when Mr. Gray, Mr. LeJurne, and Mrs. Spears were here we had many of different organizations and prom was VERY SUCCESSFUL and had excellent teachers. We had MATHEMATICS TEACHERS that cared and not the ones who try to hurt other people kids. The teacher suppose to help you instead of hurt you. 98% of students attend summer school every year.
