I had two children go through this school and I was impressed by each and every teacher each and every year.

I am an active participate of the PTO, and I feel the PTO, the teachers, principal, and others are wonderful, caring folk. The teachers at this school really care for the students. Their education and safety of the children are top priority with this school. I give them an A+!

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Maine used the New England Common Assessment Program (NECAP) to test students in grades 3 through 8 in reading and math and in grades 5 and 8 in writing. The NECAP is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Maine. The goal is for all students to score at or above the state standard.
