With two kids in this school system, I can say that I am very happy my children go to Conners Emerson. We have had great teachers who have made a huge impact on my children. Communication is wonderful between the teachers and the parents. I have found that from the prinicipal all the way down to the janitors....the people that work at this school really care about the kids.

Full of "old teachers" who need to retire. It doesn't seem much different than when I was a student - not a positive in my view.

Lunch program is not the best. most academic teachers are above average. Art and music could use some help teaching wise

Besides, the great test scores, Conners-Emerson has an excellent music program. They also had an early jump on technology and seem way ahead of other elementary and middle schools in this respect. Bar Harbor is a very good community and it shows in this school.
