Eddington school seems to be a wonderful environment for learning just based on what we have observed with our friends children and our own grandchildren.

Kids can't wait to go every morning. Wonderful teachers and caring students. Always ready to help. Wonderful school. The only students that have any problems, have less than active parenting.

Eddington School is a good school. Academically, they are working hard to improve. My girls are doing okay and I work with them at home. The school has a good music and art program. It is an elementary school preK to 4. For sports the kids get involved in the recreational program. The school has the Parents Teachers and Friends group that meets and are very involved in the school activities. Parents are encouraged to help out anytime.

The NECAP is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Maine.
