i think the school needs to work on how it uses its money. everytime football season starts thats where all the money goes. and when its other seasons money goes there. the money should go to the teaching not the extra things. in my opinion the school is going to be closed in the next few years at the rate their going. the faculty keeps alot of things "under the rug" when things happen. They push their kids to finish high school and completely rip them off of their education.

As a student at Lawrence I feel there is a big bullying issue. i feel that faculty needs to hunker down on the bullying. many of our students are being bullied and there is nothing being done. All they get is a slap on the wrist and then they are suspended for 10 days and then get to come back and do it again. as far as the teachers, I think they are great. They take alot of time time to teach the students the best they can and push the student to achieve their goals. i think this school is a great school but bullying needs to stop.

Lawrence offers a wide range of co-curricular activities which connect students with the community in both athletic and non-athletic activities. The school has superior technological resources in comparision with other area schools and the level of connection which students feel to the school is much higher than most area high schools. Teachers care about their kids and often go out of the way to work with students beyond the class room.

There is a higher level of education than most schools. Its very political.

Like anything, you get out of it what you put into it.... With that said, I am extremely pleased with the education my children are receiving at Lawrence High School. They are being challenged, yet are receiving such great support from all teachers. It has been a wonderful experience for both children. They look forward to going to school each and every day. They feel safe and comfortable. We feel fortunate and proud that Lawrence High School is our alma mater.

The school has great sports level of parent involvement is limited and the teachers do not seem to care about the child if they are in the middle of the road unless they are failing then and only then is the parent notified that there is a problem.
