Previous poster is right about the Guidance department lacking because they 'know it all'. Otherwise, it is a wonderful school!
Loved having my child there. The teachers are great, the pricipal really cares, and the office staff is wonderful. I cannot say enough about the great teachers! Guidance (BW) is lacking because one of the counselors 'knows it all.' If you can deal with that, your children will have a great experience there.
This school is one of the highest rated in the entire state of Maine. No wonder why the Town of Gorham's students are ranked as some of the smartest in Maine according to the No Kid Left Behind criteria.
This school is called 'The Center for Inquiry'....and it truly is!! I have had nothing but great experiences in dealing with the staff...and my son looks forward to going to school EVERYDAY!! Love them!
