I was born and raised in Madawaska I moved away for a few years after graduation and moved back with my family. I am nothing but impressed by this school. The parents are very involved in their children's education and activities. The level of programs and extracurricular activities available is exceptional. The staff are very friendly and make the children feel respected. After seeing other schools in other parts of Maine, I believe that this school deserves the blue ribbon that it has received.

This school would be better if the staff were more considerate of the parents and students. And not be so quick to assume parents are in agreement with every suggestion they have. And if they would stop 'labeling' individuals because of their job status or language. It seems to me that unless you were born and raised here and speak the french language, you are never fully accepted. This school tends to ask parents for an awful lot of donations towards events etc. yet takes full credit in the local papers. This is all only my opinion about this school. You judge for yourself.
