This school is home to a special needs program and a behavior program along with typically developing children. It works hard to be an inclusive environment for all children. It has an active PTO that works together to put children first even in tough econoomic times. It is safe, educational and fun place for children to be!

This school is the epitomy of a school of diversity. It has a large percentage of gifted and talented students, along with many specific special education programs. Due to this unique makeup, children of all types, creeds, abilities, and persuasions are readily accepted. No one is looked upon as being different. More and more parents from other local schools are requesting to send their children to Rowe Elementary.
