Old Town Elementary School

A very good school that provides our youngest students with a solid foundation and love for learning. The new facility is very nice and the school is well organized. Staff overall is above average and the curricula and programs are well designed and implemented. Also, quite a rich array of supportive services for students in need of additional help.

OTES has great teachers, and a great way of teaching the curriculum to students. It is highly interactive, involving all children in a class, and sometimes involving other classes as well. The avail. of music,arts,sports etc... is wonderful and these programs are set up as 'extended day' and my children love it! I think that the level of parent involvement is high, but as always it could be higher. Let us not forget that we make the difference in our children's lives!! The administration in this school is wonderful as well, even if you do encounter a serious problem, they work with you until a satisfactory resolution has been made!! Fantastic!!!! I would encourage anyone who is considering this school as a possibility for their own children to come and take a closer look, because they are fantastic here at Old Town Elementary!!

My daughter started kindergarten this year at OTES, and so far it has been wonderful. She needs Speech, Occupational, And Physicle Therapy, and the school offers them all. Seems to have a great art & music department. There is also a lot of parent & family involvement. She loves to go & has learned so much so far, and that is the true judge of a good school.
