Acadia Christian School

My children attended Acadia Christian School and absolutely loved it. It is an excellent school and I am grateful to the school for the Christian education and fellowship they provided for my children.

As of this writing, ACS is a tuition-free school, supported by doantions and whatever a parents feel led to contribute. The school tells the parents what the real cost of the eductation is, and the parents contribute what they feel they can afford to pay, hopefully after prayerfully considering their options. If one is seeking a quality school with a caring, loving staff, this is the one. ACS offers a low staff/student ratio, offering an education with less distractions than public schools. In addition, the non-denominational Christian values present in all school settings offer children the opportunity to learn and grow - spiritually, physically, and emotionally - in a safe, non-threatening environment. Our child requires some special attention with regard to homework and tests. A regional school district child study team came up with some suggestions which the ACS staff has willingly used to help our child learn and participate

It is called Acadia Christian School now. I highly recommend this school to anyone. The staff is wonderful and want to help the kids excel to the highest point possible. The students learn to respect other people but most importantly they learn to respect themselves. It truely is a wonderful school. L.C.A. as we all call it ia an interdenominational christian school concerned about offering a quality christian education while maintaining excellence in education. The school is in its sixteenth year of operation, and offers pre-k, through grade twelve. This year our athletic department went varsity, and competed in class D competition. The teachers are all qualified in the area they teach in, and the staff is dedicated to help children succeed in all areas of their life. Life Christian is the best education in Hancock county, and the cost is about $23.00 a day. I highly recommend this school!
