Every time I visit the school, I am impressed with how smart and hard working the students are. The teachers are all very friendly and caring. The principal is awesome. It is a really good school.

Cherokee Lane has a new principal who is apparently not as caring as the last principal. Although class sizes are small, I have not found it to be a very caring environment for the students. I have volunteered in the school and most teachers have a nasty attitude which I also discovered stems from the principals leadership. If you have a choice, dont send your child to Cherokee. The school is falling apart, the library is a mess, etc. Very disappointed with this school and hopefully my child will be attending another school next year. I am willing to move, that's how much I believe Cherokee is no longer a good school!

Great school, great principal. The teachers really care for the students and it is shown by the respect that the students give to the teachers.
