There's no doubt that Bethel is a wonderful school. My child has been a student there for three years and I have no regrets about sending her there. The teachers are highly qualified and the curriculum is challenging-- she was doing triple digit addition in kindergarten. Parent involvement in the school is almost 100% and the kids are the most well-behaved you'll find anywhere. I never worried about the safety of my daughter because it felt like one big family. That being said, there are some pressing administrative issues outside of the school, mainly with the church that controls it, that have caused unreasonable tuition increases, inconsistency in the school's daily operations and an unexpected mass exodus of teachers and staff members, including the principal. Also, there is a serious need for extracurricular activities at the school because there is absolutely nothing now.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
