I am a parent of three children. Two of my children attend School#11. It was the worst experiences, I ever had to go through. They all are at Furman L. Templeton this year. I am already seeing my son act totally different towards school. This was a child who started trouble evry morning to mis reading. Now, he is the first one in the school and the last one to leave from the school. I wanted my kids to graduated from Eutaw Marsburn. It's our family school. My parents, my sister, myself, all went to that school. The school is also named after my mother's godmother.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Maryland used the Maryland School Assessment (MSA) to test students in grades 3 through 8 in reading and math, and grades 5 and 8 in science. The MSA is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Maryland. The goal is for all students to score at or above proficient on the test.
