Since the change in leadership in the school a few years ago, there has been a definite improvement in the academics and especially the atmosphere. My three daughters attended there, two since pre-k. Most of the teachers show interest and communicate with me in keeping my daughters on track. They also have good extra curriculum activities to keep students motivated.

I Think the school is great. As with any school you have to stay abreast of your child's academics and teachers. But I have never had any problems with them.

My sons have been at this school as early as preK and it has not always been great but I know that the Good has out weighed the bad. My sons get more then enough attention regarding their education and are very happy at school. The Vice Principle is great and spends time giving the necessary attention needed to resolve any problem that may arise. I know that there are teachers and faculty who care a lot about these children and give all that they can academic wise to see that all of the children succeed.

The school does not provide any books nor shows any interest in the child's development. Dogwood looks good on the outside but the teachers don't really show any kind of leadership or even communicate with parents. I am very disappointed with the curriculum and the lack of attention to my son's education. I will definitely take my son out of Dogwood at the end of the school year.
