I went to this school as a child. My daughter also went to this school. Now my nephew is about to graduate this year. It's a good neighborhood school but i just don't like how no matter what the weather, rain or freezing cold, they won't allow the children to come in the school any earlier than 7:30.Some parents have to be to work at a certain time in the morning and can't waitoutside with their children. It wouldn't hurt to bring the few kids that are out there in for a couple of minutes until breakfast starts. They are in the heat aren't they.If it was their child would they want them to be freezing cold.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Maryland used the Maryland School Assessment (MSA) to test students in grades 3 through 8 in reading and math, and grades 5 and 8 in science. The MSA is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Maryland.
