A great school has Excellent Teachers, Strong principal/school leadership, Challenging academic programs. This school has GREAT teachers, but a TERRIBLE principal. She lacks positive effective leadership, LACKS excellence in and knowledge of supervisory strategies, is inefficient, and overly emotional. This principal takes professional matters personally and bullies her faculty and staff. Many great teachers have left due to her inexcusable immature behavior. She should not be working anywhere as a principal.
The school needs a principal & vice principal that works with the teachers as a team!!! They do not do this now, whats important to these principals is certainly not teachers & their ideas
Patapsco has some really good teachers but they could use a new principal.
Patapsco is a school that has changed over the yrs there seems to be no dedication to the students in helping them learn. The classrooms are overcrowed, the resources seem to be limited. My child does not have a text book to bring home each day..Sad to say my child has to attend this school because of being zoned.Maybe a new principal would help
I believe that every since Patapsco recieved their new principal the school has gone down. I dont like the way she handles things. The school is very unorganized.
