Robert R. Gray Elementary is the best school in the universe. The staff cares about their students and want the best for them. When you walk through the front door, there is a positive energy felt. I am proud that my daughter attended Robert R. Gray. The marching band was awesome too. Children are first at Robert R. Gray.

My daughter is in the 5th grade. I am a proud parent! robert gray is on top of everything from the principal to the staff. Whatever ms.Franklin, is doing is wonderful. The attitude carries thru out the school, my daughter never wants to miss a day and if she does there's an attitude that i have to deal with. The marching band is awesome, i attended the parade (keep up the good work robert r gray).

My daughter is in second grade. I am please with the academinc progress that my daughter is making. I can't speak for anyone else, but my child is doing quite well and that due to her teaching staff as well as the rules and regulations set forth by the Principal and the staff. I, as a parent am very involved in my daughter's academic career and would encourage every parent to get and stay involved, so that all of our children would develope and keep an enthusiastic attitude about school.

Two of my children are currently enrolled. I have had godd experiences with all of their teachers over the years. They have a lot of caring staff that know each child by name.

I am so impressed at Robert R. Gray Elementary. There are a lot of programs for the students to look forward to. The school's Marching Band, the only elementary band in Prince George's County, was in the National Cherry Blossom Parade. They did a marvelous job. As a parent of Robert R. Gray, I must say that I am proud that my daughter attends there.

This school is not parent friendly. It is more of a dictatorship than a partnership. On the first day of school parents are not allowed in the classrooms of the older children. My personal observation is that the teachers use a lot of intimadation by yelling at the children. Don't bother to try to reach a teacher by phone or e-mail. They are either never available or they don't respond. Even though their lips say parents are welcome, don't believe it. If you have a child with special needs/disabilities you have to stay on top of it because the staff does not comply with eduational plans. My experience is they don't bother to read what is given them even if it is a leagal document. Watch carefully over your children!

The enviroment does not seem too welcoming. The staff is very strict and lack patience with the children. They tend to be too demanding of the children.
