Great school with exceptional staff. Very caring and concerned with each student's performance academically as well as personally. I am very thankful my child attends this school.
I love Northwestern Elementary School. The teachers and supporting staff are dedicated, especially the school's nurse. She has helped my daughter through difficult developments stages. The students who attend Northwestern Elementary are well- behaved and I really appreciate the small classroom setting. This year my daughter plays an instrument but I was a little disappointed that she doesn't meet with the music teacher as much as I thought she was going to. As far as the level of parent involvement, I am going to guess it is average compared to other elementary schools. It appears that most parents are willing to participate in school activities when their child is in Elementary verse other levels of education. Overall, I rate the school an 8.
