I think this is a great school. It has definitely come a long way. It takes time for everything so everyone should hang in there, work together and you will get great results.

This school is alright.. I wouldn't even say it's the best. I've been to better schools. There are three floors yet they still don't have enough class rooms... Some of the teachers are RUDE, yet want students to treat them with respect.

I am in 7th grade and this school has everything that wasn't offered in my elementary school: languages, creative arts, etc.

It's okay, the principal is pretty cool but he's not really active. The teachers are great, they can definitetly teach well. I love the people in this school, I've made so many awesome friends already

My son attended this school for 7th and 8th grade. I can honestly tell you he had a stellar two years there. Although he was in TAG(Talented and Gifted) his teachers were always tentative to him and his needs. I really felt he was treated very special by his teachers and staff. In going to the school on many occasions it always seemed to be under order. I do know that the new principle takes no mess. And will not tolerate any unruly behavior. I now have my youngest son here for 7th grade for the 2006 school year. I can only hope and pray he will have an outstanding year also.

I am a student attending this school. I am now attending the eighth grade. Before I started attending this school I had heard many horrible things about the school. But thanks to the new and improved staff, the school is on its way to the top!

My son attended this school last year for the seventh grade. I must commend his Social Studies teacher, she was the best. She kept a constant line of communication going. Although my son has had academic difficulties, he maintained an 'A' in her class. My husband and I were so amazed and appreciative of all her efforts. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to express to her how great of a teacher she was. I had to call the school several times and always received a return call when necessary. My problem however is not with the school but with a great majority of the parents raising some of these kids in the schools. PARENTS not TEACHERS are our kids first teachers. PARENTS teach the basic things like respect for your elders, respect for yourself (first and foremost), respect for your peers, respect for your teachers.
