Calvert Country School

It is a school for children who are mentally or physically challanged and they do the best with what they have. The staff at Calvert Country School cares about each and every student as if they are the most important in the world.

I have always thought that teachers were the least paid and I think these teachers should really get more than they are making. My grandson has been there since he was 3 years old and I feel that the progress that he is making is because of the wonderful teachers and administration there. Our daughter also thought about moving where the cost of living is lower, but she doesn't want to take her son out of the school. The students can range in age from age 3 to age 21. Talk about a good support system for each family. Keep up the good work you CCS Angels.

My daughter 1st attended this school in 03-04 and this is her 2nd year here. Words alone can not express how wonderful it has been. My daughter has progressed so much since she has been here.The staff are truely angels sent from heaven for these children. I believe that this school should be recognized alot more than what it is. We moved here from out of state 3 years ago and would love to move back home with our family, but this school is the only reason why we are not moving. Our daughter is so happy here!
