My son is attending this school and I can say they truly work to help him get his grades up, espicially Mr. Kuhaneck, the principal, he cares about alll his students and will also let your child do there work in his office to get the grades he knows your child is capable of getting. Great school for your child and great teachers doing their best to help your child go along way. I will be moving this July and I hope I can find another caring school just like Smithsburg middle so my child will feel very comfortable and I won't have to worry. Thank you Mr. Kuhanek and to all my sons teachers for their great work this year in helping him everyday to get him through..
