Dublin Elementary has excellent teachers who work very well each and every student and they strongly encourage parental involvement! There is a very low turnover of teachers so most have been teaching our children for years! They are like family and they really do make you feel like your part of it!!!
Dublin Elementary is like a small, private country school where children are in small-sized classes and receive an amazing amount of attention. The teachers are very dedicated, and the office/administration runs very well. I wouldn't send my child anywhere else.
Dublin is a great school. The class sizes are small enough to allow for much one-one-one attention. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. The office staff and principal are quick to respond to parent concerns and questions. I wish this school continued past 5th grade so my child could stay there!
Dublin Elementary is the best elementary school in Harford County. The teacher are the best! The office staff is the best! The secretary is kind, caring, and out of 280 students she could call them all by name! The principal will work hard with parents, is always caring to the students and is someone you can count on! The principal will go the extra mile for her students and school! The Physical Education, Music, Band, Art, departments are AWESOME!! My son has went from Pre-K to 4th grade and has a great friendship with each staff member at Dublin. They not only teach hands on they care hands on! There is not a day that goes by that he comes home and takes most of the night telling us about the lessons that he has learned for that day! My hat goes off to the entire staff at Dublin Elementary!
The teachers at this school are so incredibly helpful. They answer all of the questions we as parents have, plus my daughter comes home each day with something new she's learned. They are so hands-on there that I don't know how anyone could say no to the school's acedemic program. My daughter is in pre-kindergarten, and she has learned SO much in the few short months she's been attending.
As a past student and parent of 2 children of this school, I give the teachers the highest of marks available. However, the administration leaves alot to be desired. Volunteers are said to be welcomed, but are clearly not wanted. If it's discipline you are after, you'll get it here. Pop in some time during lunch, and you will observe a silent cafeteria with the lights off, and the adults sterning watching over them. Seems the Principal went to the same school as 'Ms. Crunchum' in the book Matilda. Highest marks go to our PTA administration for their hard word and patience.
As far as I am concerned this is the best school in Harford County. No where else is there such caring and attention to each individual student as in Dublin. It is definetely a private school education for a public school price.
This is a small school district and they are all great here. Lots to involve parents with the children and everyone is friendly. Safety is a big issue and I am glad of that too.
