MES is a good school with good teachers. My child has excelled and is a very happy sudent. Parental involvement at this school is high - which is probably part of why it's such a good school. The more involvement, the more learning, ultimately the better educated child!

We have 4 yrs of experience with this school and it has been awesome. I have been very impressed with our child's progress and the individual attention given to each child's particular needs.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Maryland used the Maryland School Assessment (MSA) to test students in grades 3 through 8 in reading and math, and grades 5 and 8 in science. The MSA is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Maryland.
