I am a parent and a trustee at Stoneridge. I have two children there; this is our fifth year. It is an amazing place! The teachers are true to the Montessori mantra 'follow the child' and the result is an educational environment where curiousity is king. They are quite masterful in helping the children engage in the work with a beautiful sense of purpose and pride. The children learn from a very young age to be self-directed, responsible, and compassionate. They learn to care for themselves and their environment in a truly magical way that serves them in all areas of their lives. Take a look for yourself and you will be amazed.

'Produces' (for lack of a better word, though the school really helps students 'produce' their own best selves!) self-motivated, thoughtful, confident, responsible, academically successful, socially comfortable, polite, entirely capable 8th graders (starting at age 2!)
