Need Insight on Special Ed in Concord, Wayland & Lexington

We are moving to the Boston area this summer and have narrowed down our target towns to Concord, Wayland, Lexington or Newton based on school reputation (general education) and commute to Cambridge (job site). One piece we haven't figured out yet is quality of special ed services for my older son who has fairly profound ADHD (inattentive type). He's going into 4th grade and currently has an IEP which provides for a co-taught class (general ed teacher + spec ed teacher in integrated class), as he needs support throughout the day. Does anybody have any guidance or advice on which town would be best? I plan to call the schools and parent advocates but the more insight, the better. Thanks!
