I'm a student and i have had a perfectly good experience at this school. I think I will be prepared for high school. I feel like we could go on more field trips, and maybe there could be more tracking so kids are in classes that suit them best. I have loved some of my teachers and despised others, so as most things go, it's a mixed bag.
While the school system in Concord is fine, the Principal and staff are underwhelming. The principal is not experienced and should not hold the position she does. The Superindendent hails from controversy and does not support the people who make up this community but backs her principal even when good jugdment is impaired. If you are looking for a school where the principal is strong this is not your school. Unfortunately she reigns over both of the middle schools so there is no relief.
great teachers understand te children but if they do not pay attention the teachers teach them to listen by not repeating directons
CMS is a school filled with amazing educators who overcome administrative obstacles to provide a high-level experience to the students they serve.
