My daughter is in fourth grade now and I can not complement her teachers enough for their hard work, professionalism, friendship, and dedication. I want to personally thank Ms. Snee, her second grade teacher, on her exceptional patience and determination on my daughters advancement and credit her for her love of reading. Words can not express my families gratitude. I hope this is read by her educators as far too often I feel that our appreciation and gratitude is not expressed throughly to the ones that deserve it most....OUR CHILDRENS TEACHERS!!!
I have two children at DES. K and 2nd grade. This school is fantastic. Principal Curtis has developed a staff that is second to none in this area. They offer an eaccelerated reader program which is rewarding to all level children. Their calssrooms are inclusive which is so valuable. My children have excelled under their guidance. It is however very important to remember that as parents [we] have an obligation too finish the triangle. Teacher----Student----Parent. I would and do recommend this school.
