I was a parent of 2 in the E.B. school system and was happy until the new principal came into the school and budget cuts. Funding has been a major issue along with lack of compassion from the principal! My daughter's 2nd grade class size last year was absolutely ridiculous and impossible for any child to excel (thank God for her teacher which unfortunately has since retired)! My son was having difficulties and was forced to repeat the grade because of their lack of help. He needed them and they let him down! I feel it is because of them he is repeating. I have since moved my children to N.B. and couldn't be any happier!!! They have done more for my children in just a few weeks than E.B. ever did in the years they were there. Do not recommend if you are considering this school! :(
I am very happy to have my son attending the East Brookfield Elementary School. He looks forward to school and has adjusted very well to the environment there thanks to attentive teachers and staff. The facility is beautiful, clean, bright, and has a wonderful atmosphere. A great environment to learn in! My special appreciation to 1st grade teachers-Mrs. Meyerdierks and Mrs. Specht.
