I love the PTO these parents bust thier chops to raise money for the school and they pay for all of the enrichment programs presented to the students. The programs are phenominal Archeologist Digs, Televison production, are just a few of the presentations. Times are tough and it has been difficult trying to raise the funds for these programs but they children need them. My son learned so much from these programs..they are priceless but this hard working crew lead by a Dad thats a fireman needs help

The school s culture is changing. Science and the Arts are emphasized more in the curriculum. There is still too much concentration on MCAS prep incorporated as lesson plans. The S.E.E. program which is geared for gifted students is a vague entity and most parents are not aware of it.

There are limited music and art activities. the quality of reading programs and mathematics along with science could use an overhaul students are behind. There is parent involvement but it was limited by the past principle. There now a new principle we hope she can improve the school and its status.
