We have students with great school spirit! Our teachers are hard working and go the extra mile for our students. We are lucky to have such a great supportive place to work.

Maquan Elementary School is a wonderful elementary school filled with an outstanding staff of truly caring and warm hearted individuals. It is a sincere pleasure to send our children to this school.

Agreed hugs and encouragement are the norm at Maquan. The fundamentals of reading and mathematics taught at Maquan are subpar at best. Teacher absenteeism is quite high.

Maquan is a great school. My children have grown so much over the past three years. They are in their last year at the school and I will be sad to have them say good-bye. I feel the teachers along with the administration staff are whole heartedly exceptional in each of their fields.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

Oops! We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Public and charter school test scores for most states come from the state Department of Education. The most common reasons we might not have this data are either that not enough students took the test or that the school was recently opened, and its scores have not yet been reported.
