Whittier has been a wonderful school for my daughter, there is absolutely no tolerance and for kids who have goals this is a great stepping stone.

For years shuned as a dumping ground, through talented leadership Tech has become one of the finest Tech schools in the State

Excellent school. Challenging courses, safe, great athletic program. My son was able to learn about careers in various fields and prepare for college. He will be attending the University of Delaware to play football.

I have two kids at this school and one is a senior this year and the other is a freshman. Both of them love this school and so do i as a parent. I feel safe with them there every day and the education they are getting is fantastic. My daughter has disabilities in the way she learns and they have worked with both of us to help her succeed in her school work. I would always recommend this school to everyone.

In 2010-2011 Massachusetts used the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) to test students in grades 3 though 8 and 10 in English language arts and math and in grades 5, 8, and 10 in science. The grade 10 MCAS is a high school graduation requirement. The MCAS is a standards-based test, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Massachusetts. The goal is for all students to score at or above proficient on the test.
