Some teachers are really great, for instance the kindergarten teachers. I find my daughters first grade teacher a bit of a whiner. Every time I talk to her the focus is on how many kids she has with no help.

The staff at Jaworek are fabulous- from the pricipal, vice-principal and nurse to the secretaries and custodian. Learning is a dynamic process, approached through art, music, writing, reading etc. so that everyone has a chance to 'get it.' My son had some problems this year and I felt supported and uplifted as a parent. The principal is always accessible, smart and kind. I can't say enough positive about my and my son's experience here.

Excellent school, very engaged teachers as well as principal. My son is a bit of a problem child but the staff has really been patient with him and kept an open communication line going with me at all times. I am very happy with this school.

Mary Murphy, the principal at Jaworek, is very invested in the well-being of all of the children at the school. She takes pride in the education the children receive at this school. She is easily accessible, easy to talk to, and even calls home!! I am glad that my son is a student at Jaworek - I am impressed with the school overall - positive academic environment.

I find the assistant principal is very difficult to work with, but generally the teachers are good. The PTO is snobby to outsiders and the bus system is terrible. (It takes 45 minutes for my son to travel 3 miles, and there are problem children on the bus.)

I have a child that attends Jaworek School, and I also attended Jaworek and i can honestly say that not much has changed! Its still a group of people that are ignorant and non campassionate non communicational racist to say the least. I am currently looking to have my child switched, be careful if your child has a last name that isn't Smith, they will place your child in ELL, without communicating you, and only when you blow your top that your child is falling extremely behind will they fill you in on the truth!! Just like they did to my child and did to a couple of my girlfriend's children

I have 5 kids in the Jaworek school and I have been very disappointed. You would think that with so many kids the school would be understanding if we are late sometimes, the homework is not always done in time, etc. But No! In this school there is not communication between teacher and parent. A lot of gossiping going around and worst of all a lot of homework for the kids to do at home (which is difficult with 5 kids). I am glad next year the kids are going to another school with more compassion.. Sorry but if I have to spend hours

When I was put my daughter in Jaworek for first grade I was skeptical because of the rumors I had heard about Marlborough schools not being that great. Jaworek school has exceeded my expectations. My daughter is advanced for her age and the school has different programs and curriculum for all stages of learning. The teachers and staff work hard at keeping the parents involved and keeping the kids at their own level rather than the whole class on one level. I was going to move out of Marlborough in September but because the school system I am going to stick around!
