This school is not what it looks and hears to be. Its definitely changed over the years. Its all about who you are and pleasing the principle more than your own children. I've dealt with this principal since she became principal at Winslow. She's never had anything positive to say about my children, only the negative, and all of this in about 7 years. The title of principal has gone right to her head. She's more concerned with, if the parents are going to please her than their own children. And the last thing she wants is a parent that is going to give their opinion. But if you don't say anything than your a parent that's not involved. My number 1 point is that this school needs a new principal and some new teachers. A new principal, 1 that enjoys working with the children and parents, one who truly cares and that is there for the children period! The teachers would also benefit with a new principal, one that is there to help and guide them in the right direction. That would make a huge difference with the school. My oldest child has not had the problems he had at Winslow at his new school. The school that one teacher at Winslow told my child that he would never make it.
