SES has been a wonderful environment for my daughter to grow academically and socially. The teachers are very involved and caring, the staff always helpful and friendly, and the principal and vice principal are very dedicated. My daughter is in her second year, she is doing extremely well. The PTA is a great souces as well.
Great experience here so far. Teachers are attentive, work is challenging, and office staff is kind and friendly. Other parents seem interested and active in the school.
An all around great school! Teachers who care and help.
I love this school. They have an outstanding and attentive staff from top to bottom. My son loves it and we are thrilled with his development. I would highly recommend Plymouth South Elementary.
I have a Kind. age child enrolled. So far I am disappointed and am looking into private school alternatives. The teacher is wonderful. Unfortunately, there are in my opinion, too many children in the class and no teacher's aide. I am unimpressed with the curriculum which includes sign language, but not enough reading, writing, and arithmetic. The class time is only 2 and 1/2 hours long, but is cut even shorter because the buses are habitually late in arriving. Much to be desired.
We love South Elementary. We have a child with special needs and the staff, Principal and all Sped Staff have been amazing. They are always striving to improve my sons educational plan and truly are helping him succeed and grow. We also have a child that does not require any additional services and he is also thriving. We would highly recommend South Elementary.
my two girls were in south, k-and 1st grade were ok, as soon as they hit 3 and 4th grade i sen problems such as, classrooms too full not enough attention for your children my girls grades dropping, teachers not notifying meof certain things that were important, few parent meetings ect.I moved my girls to a diff school and now grades are up and they aresmilling more also i speak wih school alot more. i feel there is alotmore goingon in this school than parents know about.
