I go way back when the school was J.F.K Jr High from 1967 to 1969. I really loved that school it was brand new and everything was just so perfect. I played soft ball and I beleive their was a pool. I have fond memories of J.F.K . At that time I didn't listen real good and went to the Principal alot. After all these years I am working as a Data Entry/ FTE Specialist at an Elementary School In Central Florida. Thanks J.F.K Jim Warren

I'm an alumni of Kennedy Middle School and I believe it's one of the best middle schools in the country. Where else could I enroll in an advanced program and play basketball and run track? My memories of Kennedy are something I will cherish forever, especially my teachers Mr. Powell and Mrs. Lambert. I graduated saludatorian from Kennedy and am now accepting an appointment to West Point, one of the best colleges in the country, so if anyone believes Kennedy is no place for an education they are gravely wrong

The educational opportunities at kennedy are minimal at best. This is not a school for any child seeking to advance his academics

About the tests

In 2010-2011 Massachusetts used the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) to test students in grades 3 though 8 and 10 in English language arts and math and in grades 5, 8, and 10 in science. The grade 10 MCAS is a high school graduation requirement. The MCAS is a standards-based test, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Massachusetts.
