Woodville is a physically beautiful school. My daughters do enjoy it there. Most of the teachers are really good-only one so far being too old-school and negative. The school is run very well and it is fairly easy to volunteer. However the PTO is a clique and the principal is condescending to the parents. My main complaint is that there is way too much emphasis on professional sports. Classes have been interrupted to watch the red sox, football is played in the cafeteria, this goes on all year! If they were doing more music, drama, art, things that my kids really respond to and get a lot out of I wouldn't mind 'red sox' week.

Woodville was built in 2003 and has good security. The interior is nice and clean, and the library is beautiful. Academically, my three children are doing quite well there. The faculty is well balanced in experience, a healthy mix of young and young in spirit. Of the eight teachers my kids have had, seven were outstanding. Discipline is handled well. There is high parental involvement, many opportunities to volunteer; opening doors at drop off, guest reading, chaperoning field trips, Lunch Duty, and more. Parents who volunteer are welcomed by appreciative administration staff and an active PTO. Sports are organized by excellent local organizations. Music and Computer clubs are fee based. Sadly, there is no drama, dance, or chorale; performance art is not a priority. Its a brand new school without enough parking. Retrieving children is a hassle especially in foul weather. Leaving the lot you can expect significant delays.
