Franklin is really a special place. Great teachers, research based approach - the best combination
Franklin is simply terrific. It combines a fantastic curriculum and staff with a diverse student group, something which many Newton Schools fail to have. While it is not one of the wealthier schools, parental support of the school and involvement with the children is tops. The teachers are extremely dedicated and the principal is a true leader. We looked at various schools around Newton and decided to be in the Franklin district. It is simply a great and supportive community. I wouldn't hesitate to put Franklin up against any other school in Newton.
