The principal is wonderful and the teaching staff is very caring and great with the children

My son and my daughter went to this school. We had some issues with this schoowhen my son was there as he has special needs. We had to fight for a year or so to get what he needed. My daughter has been there for K-2 and 4 and going into 5. She is having a fantastic time there. Theschool is good unless you have a special needs child, but that is more of a district issue than a specific school issue.

About the tests

In 2010-2011 Massachusetts used the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) to test students in grades 3 though 8 and 10 in English language arts and math and in grades 5, 8, and 10 in science. The grade 10 MCAS is a high school graduation requirement. The MCAS is a standards-based test, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Massachusetts. The goal is for all students to score at or above proficient on the test.
