I run an in-home daycare. I need help in how to divide my child's "home" from the daycare atmosphere. At this time my child's room is inaccessible to her as she is 14 months old and it is up a flight of stairs. She has no personal space or toys since all her toys are used for the daycare. As she grows I will allow her to play in her room alone with her own things. But for now I need ideas as to how to help her adjust to sharing her things with others and how to help the other kids know when something belongs to her and her alone. There are only a hand full of things that I consider hers, things she got for her Birthday. So how can I separate these things to be used by her alone and her allowed to always be able to get them back, without distress to the other kids?
