Yes I believe the parent should have the final say but I also believe that it should be partly up to the child.

Yes, I talked to the school principle and he told the bullies to quit picking on my brother and all it did was make the bullying worse for him.

Allowing the students to do their work on the computer or when they get there homework done on time give the chld some sort of reward.
