Vice principal is very ignorant. Rest of staff it great. Very average school to me.

Fantastic. Staff works very will with each student. Very happy. My child needed some help in two subjects, and the staff was readily available to guide us in what was available. The staff treats everyone well.

My daughter has attended APMS since 6th grade and is now in 8th grade. What I love most about this school is how they are extremely fair with students and pay very close to each one as an individual and not as a 'number'. My daughter has always felt safe in the school environment and has had much support from teachers, the assistant principal-(who is awesome), and most importantly, from her school counselor who is one of the most caring people I know. The vice principal knows each student individually and takes great care in each one. He doesn't mess around either! He gives discipline where needed, but at the same time, you know he cares about you. My daughter has had her fair share of discipline, hence the age, but knows he does it with care and fairness. Her counselor is available any time you need him and goes the extra mile to let his students feel comfortable coming to him for any help or advice they may need. I have been most impressed with the staff. I have no regrets sending my child to this school. Most importantly, the education is phenomenal. My daughter has always been an A+ student, but in previous districts, I don't feel she was challenged enough. At APMS, she has finally been challenged! Great school, great staff, great education. What more could you ask for?

We love this school most of the teachers really care about are chldren and go the extra mile to capture the interest of the children to which helps them get into the subject. They also are patient and with helping the children with any questions and at the same time do not put up with children that disrupt the class. We had a bullying problem and the principal nipped it in the bud. Now my child can feel safe in the school and consintrate on learning. It also helps the bully because they will not have a good life with that behavor and also maybe the parents can find out were all that anger comes from. I love the no tolernce for disrespectful behavor we raising these children to be responsible adults who respect others and control there bad behavor.

I have a student now attending Allen Park Middle School. This is an AMAZING school! Allen Park Middle school should serve as a model for every Middle school. This school provides exceptional programs. The staff is outstanding and will work with students of all levels to help them reach their highest possible potential. This I know from experience. They are helping my son were he is struggling. I give two thumbs up for Allen Park staff. The Principal is very involved with the students. This is my sons first year at Allen Park Middle school, (8th grade) he came from a Montessori, which I was very happy with. After being in Allen Park Middle school for 3 weeks I notice a big difference in my son. He loves going to school. I want to thank the outstanding staff at Allen Park for being such a top notch school. A Proctor

The faculty is very caring and does their job well. My son is taught by the best here and they care about him as a whole person not just a body in a school room. Everyone is very cooperative and communicates very well. My son has brought up his grades and is challenged in class by teachers who are making learning fun.

I am very happy with my daughters school. It challenges her and her teachers are very caring. Would recommend this school to others. Kids are not looked at for what they wear, but for who they are because of a decent dress code that is enforced. My daughter has to earn her grades in this school. Not just slide by. Glad she has the opportunity to go here. Could have more after school programs, except for sports, which seem to have the same kids on the teams over and over again except for track and cross country, which take all students.
