I love the community of Beaverton, and what the schools done with their sports teams. I am not as happy with some of the disciplinary actions however. I see no punishment in suspending students for bad behavior or attendance problems. Why give them the day off of school when they've already missed enough. Other policies could work well, if someone would implement them. Overall, the teachers are pretty fair, but like any school, there are a few that make you wonder how well college prepared them for this job.

I believe that this school has its flaws but what school doesn't. I graduated from here and i can't wait for my duaghter to graduate this year. Of course the school is a very low waged school but everyone that goes there loves to be there, gets a well education, and has fun in the process.

The principal is worried about his ego and not at all about the students. My son witnessed him jump in front of a teacher and verbally abuse him when this teacher would not discuss school issues in front the students. The principal is on a power trip that needs to be stopped. The superintendent is horriable also. She has poor management skills, talks down to parents and obviously no back bone to allow this to go on. The members of the school board are a bunch of puppets. Unable to put these people on unemployment. The busing system stinks. My child rides 2hours/day to get 10 miles total. I am unable to express what a horible district this is. I urge everyone to print this and send it to the board. Change must take place.
