I am also an alumni from Montabella and I agree that this school is unorganized and just a ridiculous waste of time... The only intelligence I have in life came from anywhere other than that school.. But, other than the complete lack of imparted knowledge and lackluster staff, they also did nothing towards preparing me for college (MMCC). The staff also has an air of arrogance... It's like, come on, you teach high school in the middle of nowhere. You're not better than the students you teach. The school is overcrowded, the lunch program is downright terrible, bullying is rampant, and the curriculum is nothing short of ridiculous. But this is the icing on the cake... When I graduated, only one of my teachers congratulated me. One out of about 10. I can't mention names, but she taught an extremely small class, a class of about 5 throughout the year, so we had more of a personal connection. But still... those other teachers knew me for 4 years and only congratulated the jocks/preps/ect... In fact, this school has a reputation among the students, only the cool kids get attention! Thank you for reading!

i am an alumni from Montabella high school i attended Montabella from 3rd grade till graduation and i have to say i have never seen such an unorganized waist of time i urge parents looking for a good school for their kids to avoid this school altogether this is not the school you want your kids attending!!

The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level.
