Cooley High School

This school...so many good memories. A couple bad ones, but all in all, the best school I've been to (and I've been to 4.) The only reasons I won't give it a 5 are a) The staffing has been cut by half because of low funding and b) The principal changed this year. The new one was a great teacher, but a poor authoritarian (more like a dictator) excuse for a principal. He's tough, way too much for my tastes, but MOSTLY fair. The problem is that he restricts the students freedoms far too much. There is some bullying, but the least of all the schools in the area, and there is an atmosphere of "give respect, and you'll get it, regardless of who you are". There was a drug problem for a while, but it has been majorly cut in the past 2 years. Now it's about the same as any other school, but better. Proud to be a cougar all in all, but won't stay longer than I am required.

I think that this is a school for a bunch of teenagers that smoke pot, drink, and get in trouble alot should go..... cuz my little brother used to go there cuz it was the only school that would except him and they had to check the kids b4 they could go any further than the door

It's a good school. Easy too learn. Teachers are really nice.
