I have two children at this school and couldn't be happier. The leadership and staff at this school really cares about the achievement of each child and promotes a positive school environment where every child is respectful, responsible and has the opportunity to learn. The teaching staff is exceptional!

My 11 year old son graduated from Higgins and has really done well academically in Middle School due to the great teachers at Higgins Elementary. I very happy to say that my 6 year old boy is in 1st great and seems to be going in the same great direction.

I have only had experience with this school for two years and two different teachers. I love this school because the teachers are truly caring. I am very happy with the progress that both of my children made in Kindergarten and 1st grade. I felt that the curriculum was appropriate and I also really liked that the 1st grade teacher noted that there are very few things the children need to know to move on to second grade but she would be laying a firm foundation for second grade because there are so many things for the kids to know to move on from second to third. I'm an extremely picky parent and am always concerned that my children are learning appropriately. I think any parent would be very happy with this school.
