The DeWitt Jr. High school is dedicated to the students they serve. Kids at this school are not a "number" but a unique person. I attended DeWitt school, and now my son is here as well! Lori Webb, the principal is very communicative, caring, and helpful. The teachers are amazing. With a son in special education, I find that this area is extremely targeted in using techniques suited for your unique child's personality. I LOVE this school and the people who educate here make it 5 star. (The counseling team is WONDERFUL as well)
As a former student of DeWitt schools I am very proud to have my children going to DeWitt schools. The Junior High is outstanding. I think that it is wonderful to be able to walk in to the school and have the staff actually know who you are. My daughter has made many great friends and really respects all of her teachers. Not only does this school system have a wonderful curriculum it also brings with it a very tight community that is willing to do what it takes to make sure our children are the best they can be. Thank you to the staff at DJSH.
