I agree with Robert. There have been so many instances of bullying with nothing being done. It got horrible at one point for my daughter and the principal told me that they'd talk to the bully to resolve things and 'try to leave the parents out of it.' What?! Most of the teachers are good, but a couple of the younger ones try to hard to be a friend to the students instead of focusing on teaching them.
This school is old but quaint. This is it's only redeaming quality. Unfortunately bullies run the school, NO ZERO tollerance in affect, regarding bullies. No disciplinary action taken. The reading program seems to work well for the children. This is a school of choice.
