It is a good school. There are not many kids so the teachers can help a lot.
Our daughter transferred to St. Stanislaus from a public charter school in the 2nd grade. At the charter school she was struggling with many subjects (I blame it on inattentive teachers and over-crowded classrooms). From the moment she stepped into St. Stan's she excelled. She is now in 6th grade and has made making the Honor Roll a regular occurrence! The teachers are fantastic and are extremely dedicated to seeing the children excel. We are so grateful that our daughter LOVES her school and loves to learn! The families and the school staff operate as one and it is wonderful to be a part of it. Transferring her to St. Stan's was the best decision we ever made! I would definitely recommend this school to anyone that is questioning their child's education-you will always know what you get at St. Stan's and you will love it!!
It is an amazing school. I went there for many years and now family members of mine go there. They have an excelent staff and school. I love being a part of that community and school.
St. Stan's is a wonderful Catholic school. Classes are small, so teachers really know the kids. My son excels in math, and his teacher acknowledged this and (with my husband and my permission) advanced him a year ahead so that he is actually taking Freshman geometry at Hopkins High School and will have that high school credit by the end of 8th grade! (He's gotten A's all year I'm proud to say!) Without his St. Stan's teacher knowing him so well, he would not have had this great opportunity. I also like that Catholic tradition is stressed, with weekly mass for the students. The students are all very well behaved (even without any nuns!) which I also attribute to low student/teacher ratio. Everyone helps out and is very friendly.
