Wow! This school really cares about it's students! They have all kinds of programs implimented to ensure that the students get their work done! They have lunch time tutoring, students from the local university coming in to tutor, and an after school program also! They really care about their students.
Farwell School administration is not about helping the students achieve an education and providing guidance. Their way of handling issues concerning students is to kick them out. The area is in a decline and the burden of paying for the new bond falls to the few working families in the area. The area has the highest unemployment rate in the state.
Farwell Middle School has always had great electives for students but is expanding them this year. A bond was just passed that will create additonal gym and cafeteria space and free up room for improved instruction. FMS is good and getting better.
